When you place the order on-line, you will receive an automatically produced e- mail confirmation to your nominated email account of your order details. The order confirmation you receive confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet it in full. You will also be allocated a transaction number for that order - please quote this as your reference in any enquiries you may make.
Prices
Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices on our website are accurate we will need to validate the price before your order is processed. If the correct price is different from the one on your order or we cannot supply an item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and you can cancel your order. In such cases we will refund your monies in full. Clicking on our COMPLETE ORDER button is not deemed an 'invitation to purchase' by us but an 'expression of interest' by you.
Products
Whilst every effort is made to supply the product shown, it may be necessary due to design changes, alterations, delivery suppliers, new editions and other reasons out side of our control to replace the item purchased with a similar product if not refund the total product amount of the product which is unavailable.
We will endeavour to notify you of the change prior to dispatch.
Payment
Payments can be made with the satisfaction of our 128bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Secure Server. Prices quoted on 2Spirit.co.uk can be changed by you into your required currency. Currencies are automatically converted into the selected currency based upon current exchange rates.

Delivery
All items are discreetly packaged under plain cover ensuring your privacy.
UK Standard Delivery (FREE) is free with exception on certain Adult products which are ordered, then an additional fee may be charged, it will be stated clearly on the checkout page if any extra charges apply.These items are sent via Royal Mail standard delivery and can take between 5-7 days.
UK Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (1-3 Days) is charged at £2.99 GBP.
International Shipping (3-5 Days) is charged at £2.99 GBP.
Additional Fee's will be charged to both UK Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (1-3 Days) & International Shipping (3-5 Days) when ordering certain Adult products from us.
Every effort will be made to deliver your goods within the time stated but we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you for late delivery.
If goods have not been received within the stated delivery time you may contact us by e-mail, post or phone.
Returns
Please inspect your goods upon delivery of the package. We are sure you'll be satisfied with your purchase but should there be a fault/problem with any item(s) then simply email us within 28 days so we can instruct you how the item should be sent back to us.
If you return goods, please always retain proof of posting for your records. This can be obtained from your Post Office and is free. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
Please note: Videos, DVDs, Books, Magazines and clearance and/or sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, so please be sure of your selection before ordering. Due to hygiene reasons, sex toys, condoms, lubricants, massage oils and lingerie (if the tags have been removed) can only be returned in the event that they are faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
